Sophie Knock and Nicki An Greenheart have made over 70 Flower Essences ~ the Essence of Avalon range ~ during seven years of exploring, learning and deepening their relationship with the Plants and Trees of Glastonbury.

In 2006 they extended their Wild Medicine repertoire to include the Essence of Iona range. Glastonbury and the Sacred Isle of Iona have long been linked in ancient mythology.

 In 2007  new Essences were made at the beautiful Boscawen-un stone circle in Penwith Cornwall.

In 2008 new Essences were made on Dartmoor.

Sophie Knock is a vibrational healing practitioner, dowser, massage and reflexology therapist. She is also a mother of three and is passionate about natural and vibrational medicine. Sophie is a Trustee of Chalice Well, Glastonbury – one of the oldest, active healing wells in the country.

Nicki An Greenheart has worked with Flower Essences for many years, and is sensitive to the Spirits of the Plants and the Earth.  She works helping people and animals, dowsing to find the right Essences for each client's individual needs. Nicki is also a TTouch practioner, this is a gentle and theraputic form of bodywork for animals, and   a Feng Shui consultant helping to re-balance the energy of homes and gardens.

Nicki and Sophie ~ ‘When we set out at dawn on the Full Moon in April 2003, little did we know that we were about to embark on an extraordinary journey. When we returned some hours later, having made our first Flower Essences, we knew that we had become part of a co - creation with Nature. Exploring the wisdom of the Plant Spirit Medicine in each Essence and transcribing their beautiful language and messages was to be part of our life’s work.’
