Sophie Knock and Nicki An Greenheart have made over 70 Flower Essences ~ the Essence of Avalon range ~ during eight years of exploring, learning and deepening their relationship with the Plants and Trees of Glastonbury.

In 2006 they extended their Wild Medicine repertoire to include the Essence of Iona range. Glastonbury and the Sacred Isle of Iona have long been linked in ancient mythology.

In 2007  new Essences were made at the beautiful Boscawen-un stone circle in Penwith Cornwall.

In 2008 new Essences were made on Dartmoor.

Sophie Knock has always had a deep connection and love of  Nature. She is a Flower Essence practitioner and an Advanced Practitioner member of the British Flower and Vibrational Essence Association. She has a clinic at Glastonbury Natural Health Centre. Sophie is also a Trustee of Chalice Well in Glastonbury – one of the oldest, active healing wells in the country and is part of the core team for Chalice Well Essences. She is mother to three boys and is currently studying homeopathy. She is qualified in Vibrational Medicine, Aquarian Healing, Dowsing, Holistic Massage, Reflexology and Reiki.

Nicki An Greenheart is a Flower Essence Practitioner and has worked with Flower Essences for many years, being  sensitive to the Spirits of the Plants and the Earth.  She works with people and animals, dowsing to find the right Essences for each client's individual needs.

Nicki is also a TTouch practitioner, this is a gentle and therapeutic form of bodywork for animals, and a Feng Shui consultant re-balancing the energy of homes and gardens.

Nicki has recently moved to Hay on Wye where she now manages Wild Medicine Flower Essences, Mulberry House organic B+B, Greenheart  Flower Remedies Clinic and Wild Rose Bakery... Beautiful cakes made to order, which incorporate Flower Essences !

Nicki and Sophie ~ ‘When we set out at dawn on the Full Moon in April 2003, little did we know that we were about to embark on an extraordinary journey. When we returned some hours later, having made our first Flower Essences, we knew that we had become part of a co - creation with Nature. Exploring the wisdom of the Plant Spirit Medicine in each Essence and transcribing their beautiful language and messages was to be part of our life’s work.’
